PCL provided the general contracting services for the new swimming pool complex for San Diego State University. The facility includes three pools: a 50 meter by 25 yard Olympic-style pool, a 7,000 sf recreational pool and a 250 sf hydrotherapy spa. The Swimming Pool Complex includes a building of approximately 4,985 sf to accommodate showers, locker rooms, restrooms, administrative offices, member services, storage and support facilities. The complex also includes a building of approximately 2,115 sf to accommodate the pool mechanical equipment.
