Klawiter Executive Plaza GMP

The Klawiter Executive Plaza is a two-level office building set in the seaside community of Encinitas, California with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. The first floor of the building is a mixed-use area of office space and a 950 sf restaurant space. The second floor contains 9,699 sf of office space.

The below ground portion of the building is cast in place concrete walls, floors and columns. The above ground levels are consist of structural steel framing covered by lap siding, tinted glazing and slate stone reveal with cultured stone planters surrounding the site.

This phase of construction is the building shell only.
