Tropics Cafe & Tropics of the Americas Entry

The Tropics Cafe at the Palm Beach Zoo, is the main artery to the Tropics of the Americas. It consists of a 2,100 sf themed restaurant with a large deck for outside dining. The dining deck overlooks a small lake that offers boat rides to other parts of the zoo. In addition to the entryway, this contract also included pre-construction services for future work at the zoo. The original contract value was initially for pre-construction. The zoo later awarded PCL the construction phase, increasing the final contract value.
