Veranda Park - Building Four

Veranda Park is a 486,000 SF, 6-story mixed-use development with a Venetian architectural facade on the corner site of a multi-site development. It is designed as a precast concrete structure with precast exterior walls, cast stone accents, quarried stone facings and pavings, and solid aluminum railings. 

The main floor includes approximately 70,000 SF of retail and 30,000 SF of valet parking.  Levels 2 and 3 are parking for 538 cars with the upper level restricted to the condo owners.  Level 4 is the first level of condo and includes two exterior courtyards. Levels 5 and 6 complete the high end condos, totaling 142 units.

The foundation system includes soil stabilization utilizing stone columns and cast-in-place concrete footings. The shell is a hybrid precast system utilizing precast columns on a 24' grid, precast girders spanning 60' and a cast-in-place, post-tensioned structural slab.  Precast wall panels with punched window openings span between the columns. Core walls and stairs will be cast-in-place.
