Pointe Orlando

This project consisted of the completion of a partially-built retail complex.  The complex features 20 stadium-style movie theaters and one IMAX theater that seats approximately 3,400 people.  Numerous retail and restaurant spaces are included with in this complex.  Major tenants include FAO Schwarz, Footlocker, Banana Republic, Dan Marino's, NFL Players Grill and Graham Central Station. The building frame is structural steel clad with antiqued EIFS, standing seam roof, exterior grand stairs, and a unique ticket tower.  Phased occupancy of the project allowed tenants to open as required.
