Project Description
This project includes demolition of existing retail space and construction of the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant for HMS Host inside Concourse D at SeaTac International Airport. This tenant improvement project includes demolition, mechanical, electrical, rough and finish carpentry, acoustical ceiling, drywall and metal stud framing, metal panels and miscellaneous metals, stone veneer and tile flooring, hollow metal doors/frames, coiling grilles and pocket doors, decorative awnings and signage, painting, roof patches, and fire sprinkler upgrades. The kitchen equipment and stainless steel trim will be contracted directly by the Owner and PCL is responsible for hookup of utilities to the new equipment. The restaurant furniture and supplies and audio/visual equipment will be furnished by the Owner and installed by the Contractor.
