Boeing Everett Delivery Center (EDC)

Tenant improvement of approximately 14,800 SF of the first floor of the 45-002 building.  Demolition of all existing construction finishes; selective demolition of mechanical and electrical system.  Construction of new enclosed and open office areas, including demountable partition offices and conference rooms, including new office-quality finishes installed.  Renovation of existing restrooms (four total).  Upgrades to existing mechanical and electrical equipment and componenets, and new mechanical and electrical equipment and components.  Construction of approximately 4,300 SF of lobby and lounge area, featuring two offices, specialty food service area, TSA Security Screening area, and stairs and elevator to a second level Observation Area.
