SeaTac Chili's Too

This project includes demolition of an existing bar space and construction of the Chili's Too bar/restaurant for HMS Host inside Concourse D at SeaTac International Airport. This tenant improvement project includes demolition, mechanical, electrical, rough and finish carpentry, acoustical ceiling, drywall and metal stud framing, metal panels and miscellaneous metals, stone veneer and tile flooring, hollow metal doors/frames, coiling grilles and pocket doors, decorative awnings and signage, painting, roof patches, and fire sprinkler sub trades. The kitchen equipment and stainless steel trim will be contracted directly by the owner and PCL is responsible for hookup of utilities to the new equipment. The owner is also supplying and installing the restaurant furniture and supplies, and audio/visual equipment.
