Building 50 Basement and Repairs

Design / Build new steel, basement level, column and beam support structure in existing historic building. Excavate perimeter and replace waterproofing on below grade exterior walls and backfil. Relocate fondation and roof leader drain system, repair integral gutters, replace flashings, and re-roof build ing. Furnish and install new copper down spouts and tie into new drain system. Return site to existing condition.
