Bell Street Pier Cruise Ship Terminal, Pier 66

Renovate the existing Pier 66 shell into a Cruise Ship Terminal. The facility is comprised of offices for Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS), US Customs, the Cruise Terminal Administrator and Port of Seattle. Construction consists of finishing the interior building walls; providing new aluminum entrance/exit; 10,000 sf of baggage unloading/claim area; ticketing area; passenger waiting areas, two new elevators and one new escalator; new HVAC s, Audio, Video, and Lighting systems. The facility is capable of handling two vessels per week, both embarking and disembarking passengers.
