Boise Civic Plaza - Parking, PA2 & PA3

This McAlvain/PCL joint venture project includes two multi-family apartment buildings in downtown Boise. Building PA2 includes one level of underground parking and one level of retail space with five levels of apartments. PA2 is 226,000 total sf with 166 underground parking spaces, 19,600 sf of ground level retail space and 144 rental units. PA2 is concrete structure up to level 2; level 2 to level 6 is a wood framed structure and EIFS exterior with glass and aluminum accents. Building PA3 is 309,000 sf (including the existing parking garage) and includes four residential levels on top of an existing three level concrete parking structure, and contains 155 rental units. PA3 is constructed of a steel structure with concrete on metal deck slabs and metal stud framing. The exterior of PA3 is EIFS with glass and aluminum accents.
