MasterPark Garage

The MasterPark Garage is a six level, 1,100 stall private valet parking garage located in SeaTac, Washington.  It is a cast in place, post tensioned structure that displays a hydraulic passenger elevator and a Humphrey Belt Man lift within a glass enclosed hoist way.  The Humphrey man lift is a continuously moving vertical belt with platforms spaced every twenty two feet (www.humphrey-manlift.com).  This piece of equipment provides valets with efficient access to every floor of the garage.  In addition to the parking structure, PCL constructed a 6,000sf single story retail plaza and a three tiered architectural fountain as a focal point.

The scope of work included mass excavation, shoring walls, site work, concrete structure, architectural steel panels on the front of the building, chain link infill panels on the other 3 sides all the way to the top of the garage, minimal amounts of electrical and plumbing, a 35,000 cubic foot detention vault, 2 stair towers, 2 elevators and 1 Humphrey Man lift.
