IDX Tower at Fourth and Madison

As the first Seattle skyscraper in more than a decade, this 40-story, 850,000 sf, Class A+ office tower will be a showpiece for PCL as well as the Seattle district -- a combination stone and glass clad steel structure located in the heart of downtown Seattle. The office tower sits atop a retail podium highlighted by a dramatic five-story atrium entrance. This project is unique in that it will use a self-climbing core form and has a 14k+ cy, cast-in-place concrete foundation slab.
