Glorietta Bay Civic Center & Promenade

Construction of a new city hall, community center, two swimming pools, pool mechanical building, parking and landscape improvements for the City of Coronado. The new city hall is approximately 17,924 sf. The new community center is approx. 38,495 sf, and the pool mechanical bldg is 3,542 sf. All construction is a Type 5, fully sprinklered, one story steel frame, wood GLU-LAM beams, intermediate wood joists with metal deck and copper roofing. Exterior envelope consists of a combination of pre-cast panels, stone veneer cladding and cement fiber siding material. With its wide variety of facilities, this complex is sure to meet the diverse needs of the community with its unique design reflecting the character of this world renowned island.
