PCL is the design-build contractor for this park in the Rolling Hills Ranch area of Chula Vista, California. The property runs along the side of the Salt Creek Open Space. The rural-themed park contains a variety of amenities including three multipurpose fields, a softball field, basketball and tennis courts, a skate area, off-leash dog park, playground areas, walking trails, and numerous picnic shelters and picnic areas.
The park also contains a 21,144 square foot community center facility that houses a gymnasium, various multi-purpose rooms, restrooms, craft rooms, game room, an adult annex, and office support areas.
