Metrome Condominiums

The Metrome Condominiums are located between 11^th and 12^th avenues across from the site of the proposed San Diego main library. PCL provided preconstruction services from conception through permitting and general contracting services. The building is a 184-unit condominium project consisting of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units in a load-bearing structural metal stud wall system with 8 levels of units above a three-level, below grade, cast in place concrete parking structure. The exterior is a combination of glass curtainwall, zinc panels, brick and stucco. The units have slate floors in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
