Thanks to our relationship with the Architect from a past project, PCL was brought on board early and assisted the Client by producing several budgets as the design progressed, helping the Team to keep the project within budget.

Build out of an existing 1,700SF space for a high-end retail store at the Beverly Center mall.  Scope included a new glass storefront, hardwood flooring, hardlid ceiling, millwork, and restroom upgrades.
