PCL worked extensively with the Client on pre-construction and valve engineering. 

The project is a 6,700 square foot renovation and fit-out to an architect's office on the ground floor of an existing building. Design features: open floor plan with angled walls and sloped ceilings; custom millwork; designed around two "clusters" of work stations and two conference rooms.

Work was phased in the server room and specific work areas to accommodate vendor installations.
