An adaptive re-use of the old historic UPS/Bronson Building constructed in 1936, this conversion created ninety-one new upscale lofts located in the heart of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment District. The Flower Street Lofts are located across the street from STAPLES Center and next to the new Palm restaurant. These Luxury work-live lofts occupy the existing three-story building, as well as a new fourth floor. Although viewed as a risky foray into a new market, sales were a huge success with eighty-seven units sold prior to completion of construction.
Award: BIA Los Angeles/Ventura County Chapter, 2003 Best Sales Office Design and 2004 Los Angeles Architectural Award of Excellence for Renovated Building from the Los Angeles Business Council.
