Diamond Terrace Condominiums

PCL provided preconstruction services and general contracting services on this 14-story condominium building. Located just beyond center field of the new Petco Park stadium, the units will have sweeping views in to the stadium and beyond to the San Diego bay. The building includes three levels below grade parking, one level of retail at grade and 113 condominium units within the 13-story residential tower. The street level brick façade of the building is reminiscent of the industrial buildings that once encompassed the area. The tower exterior skin is comprised of glass and concrete. The unit interiors include granite countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances. This is the third project that PCL has constructed for developer Intracorp.
