Crown City Center

This project  replaced the existing closed office building on the corners of Lake Avenue, Walnut Street and Hudson Avenue.  The project consists of a new, six-story class "A" office tower with approximately 200,000 square feet of office space and 33,000 square feet of retail and dining space on the plaza level.  It has over 220,000 square feet of parking both subterranean for employee's security and above grade for visitors. - 692 spaces total.   The office tower sits on top of two levels of subterranean parking. The design has allowed for wide open floor plans for tenants with a rotunda at the front of the structure.  Structural steel frame work and panelized GFRC skin utilized for the tower.  The parking structure is precast and concrete with secured direct access to the office tower elevators.  At the plaza level, there is a first class steak house, coffee shop, mail center and other retailers.  The drive aisle at the plaza allows for drop off, pick up and exiting back on to Walnut.
