UC Irvine Arroyo Vista Infill

The project consists of seven (7) three-story student dormitory buildings and one (1) one-story staff residence duplex with associated site development.  Total of 192 beds.  Wood frame and stucco construction.

PCL expanded the Arroyo Vista Student Housing complex. This design/build project includes the construction of seven 3-story wood frame residence halls with bridge connection at the second floor level, four exterior elevators, expansion of the existing parking area and the installation of blue light telephones.

A total of 192 beds are added on the second and third floors. The bottom floor includes a housing assistant quarter, kitchen, study rooms and living rooms. In addition, a single story, duplex apartment is constructed.
