Rudolph Technologies Cleanroom Expansion

Renovation of cleanroom space to Class 100 and Class 1000 which includes engineering, applications and processing labs.  Includes the upgrade of the manufacturing area to Class 100,000.  Scope of work was expanded to include an emergency generator to service a remodeled main computer server room including a double pre-action sprinkler system and a clean agent fire suppression system.
