Mystic Lake - Hotel Phase III

The Mystic Lake Hotel Phase III Project is a 165,000sf 16 story, 171 room hotel that will link the existing two (2) hotel structures to the existing casino facility.  Sub grade levels 1 and 2 consist of facility operational areas, which is accessible by a service tunnel.  On level 3 the main entrance lobby entails a drive-up "Ponte Cochere" covered entry and an interior 30' high architecturally stunning atrium with a coffee shop, guest registration and back-of-house operations.  Level 6 through 16 consist of the hotel guest rooms and suites.

The project also includes a new two (2) lance access roadway that is retained by modular concrete decorative blocks and a valet service road and tunnel that connects to an existing parking structure.

The building structure contains reinforced concrete cast-in-place and structural framing up to level 6 and cast-in-place concrete columns with post tensioned slabs for levels 6-16, which is all founded on drwen steel pipe piles.
