Imation - Camarillo Bldg. 1 Consolidation

The purpose of this project was to consolidate operations in two buildings into one building. Work involved building a new cleanroom, taking down seven production lines, and moving five production lines into the renovated building. Scheduling and equipment start-up were paramount for the owner's ongoing production and delivery of product. The site work involved separating utilities, access, and some roadways for each building to stand alone. Owner's goal was to prepare the abandoned building for sale. Architectural issues had to take into account seismic concerns relating to building design changes.
