This project consists of a demolition and build-out of existing retail space for new office space. Three legal organizations:

1. Hennepin County Bar Association
2. Minnesota State Bar Association
3. Minnesota Continuing Legal Education

will relocate to be centrally oriented. Interior includes high-end millwork and finishes, new exterior windows, and a raised/tiered auditorium with multimedia/video conferencing capacity.
