Grand Summit Resort Hotel and Conference Center

The eight-story Grand Summit Hotel developed by American Skiing Company consists of 327 hotel rooms contained within 180 suites. The upscale lobby contains water features, granite staircase and a 24'-tall fireplace. Also on the main floor are a grand ballroom and several conference rooms. The building is clad with moss rock (first level) and EIFS above first level. The roof system is a “cold roof” application with prefinished metal shingles on a 6-12 slope, created by roof steel.
