Colorado Center-Retail Development

This project consists of a 130,000 sf, two-story retail and entertainment center. The second floor is the new home of United Artist Theaters including eight movie theaters and an IMAX theater. The building is constructed with a structural steel frame and masonry/EIFS façade. Also included in this phase of work was all the site development including utilities, new streets, parking lots and landscaping.
