Project Description
This project consists of four levels above grade and a full basement with a total building area of 85,000 sf. The exterior wall is a combination of sandstone veneer, precast and aluminum windows. The roof is clay tile. Interior spaces include a library on the main and basement levels, a 175-seat auditorium, laboratories, classrooms and work areas. This site is fully landscaped and has a patio courtyard area. Part of the project was the construction of a 250-foot steam tunnel that connects to the adjacent Physics Building.
