Aurora Mall Renovation

The Aurora Mall Renovation Project consists of two distinct projects lumped into one GMP: Foleys Utility Relocation and Aurora Mall Renovation. The Foleys Utility Relocation project was a lump sum contract which we performed for the Foleys expansion project within our GMP with Simon Property Group. The work consisted of re-routing all underground site utilities, construction of a 140' long by 17' high retaining wall structure, curb / gutter and asphalt paving. The Aurora Mall Renovation Project consists of renovating an operating 130,000 s.f. two level mall facility, re-pavement of existing parking lots, utility upgrades / site improvements, construction of a new food court facility and demolition of an existing Foleys store in preparation for a new Dillards department store.
