Marriott's Lakeshore Reserve at Grande Lakes a Marriott Vacation Club resort, is proposed to include two five-story timeshare buildings, five two-story timeshare townhome buildings, a central facilities building (clubhouse), an operations building, one feature pool, three smaller pools, a water slide, and extensive hardscape including pavers, rockwork and landscaping.
