Marriott’s Lakeshore Reserve at Grande Lakes is a Marriott Vacation Club International Resort, developed on the existing Marriott Grande Lakes Site which also features the JW Marriott Hotel and the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The project consists of two (2) five-story post-tensioned concrete structures with 38-timeshare units per building with six different floor plans, a two-story post-tensioned Central Facilities Building with a reception lobby, pool bar, marketplace, full kitchen, sauna, steam room, exercise room, multipurpose room, timeshare re-sales offices, operations offices, a kid’s club, and four (4) two-story masonry/metal framed Townhome structures with engineered wood trusses and barrel tile roofing. There are 18 units with full build out in these four buildings. Also included is an operations building consisting of a single story masonry structure, and a stand-alone Cart Barn/Fire Pump structure. This building will house the maintenance and engineering departments for this site.
The site amenities include a 10,000 square foot pool with a zero entry line, a Lazy River, a center island with bridge and pool access featuring a water exhibit, a lounging area with gazebo, deck pavers and landscaped beds. The site also includes various site fountains and water features. There are two (2) Spa Pools, and two (2) 18’ slides that drop into a plunge pool. The slide area includes a shotcrete rock wall that surrounds the pool bathroom and equipment building. Surrounding the pools is extensive hardscape with paver walkways and abundant landscaping.
