This project consists of new construction of a music building for the University of California, San Diego. The project will comprise approximately 47,000 assignable square feet and it will provide new instructional spaces, practice rooms, rehearsal spaces, faculty studios, administrative support space and a 400-seat recital hall for the Department of Music.  It will be located at the intersection of Russell Lane and relocated Rupertus Street in the University Center area of campus.
