CUSD's Aquatic Center provides students with a 50-meter lap pool with a bulkhead for competition and a 25-meter warm-up pool for physical education classes. Both in-ground pools will receive solar heated water from roof-mounted solar panels. Additionally, there are two sets of bleachers—one for each pool—the large bleacher incorporating a shade shelter. Both decks are ample and are designed to accommodate swim meets as well as water polo competitions. The project also includes 3 buildings: one for men's and women's showers and lockers, restrooms, concessions, administrative office and ticket sales; another for a classroom and small office; and the final providing storage for pool equipment.
