Florida Hospital - Adventist Kissimmee Medical Office Building

The Kissimmee Medical Office Building project includes the new construction of an 85,000-square foot, three-story medical office building located at the Florida Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida.  The building is a steel structure with composite metal decks bearing on shallow spread concrete foundations.  The building envelope consists of pre-engineered metal studs and an EIFS system.   Aluminium framed windows, standing seam metal roofs, and thermoplastic membrane roofing complete the building envelope.  Sitework includes the expansion of wet retention and dry retention ponds as well as a 475-stall asphalt parking lot with 14,000 square feet of decorative precast pavers.
