Woodland Park Zoo - Facilities Shops Upgrade

This project entailed alterations/upgrades to the existing site drainage and sewer system as well as installation of subsurface infrastructure for future electrical, communications, water and sewer systems.

Work included, demolition of approximately 6,000 sf of existing concrete and asphalt surfacing material, excavation and installation of two trench drains and potable water supply/drain lines, excavation and installation of a subsurface transformer vault and associated electrical feed conduit, grading and asphalt resurfacing of the project area.
