Demolition of a 32,000 square foot portion of existing warehouse and reinforcing the remaining portion.  Relocation of the entrance way including utilities, sidewalks, and concrete parking.  Construction of a new guardhouse.

The scope of work expanded to include the separation of all on-site utilities between Safeway and the new Owner of a large portion of the site.
