The Pier 91 Carnitech project is a fish processing building. Project construction includes assembly and erection of an approximately 62,270 square foot building with three-story office area and a single level, high-bay manufacturing space on an existing footing and slab. Installation of prefinished roof and wall panels, translucent skylight panels, and building envelope insulation including all sealants and closures. Supply and installation of interior light gauge metal framing, gypsum wall board and concrete floor deck. Supply and installation of domestic water, firemain, fire sprinkler, plumbing, sanitary sewer, HVAC, natural gas, lighting, power, communication systems, cabinetry, and building finishes. Our contract also includes asphalt and concrete paving and site work.
