The Advanta parking garage is an eight-story above grade, post-tension, concrete parking structure with a double helix ramp system, three-car elevator bank, and 1,184 stalls.

All site work on this project will be contracted separately through the owner including excavation, civil, and landscaping.  A separate general contractor will be installing a shoring wall on the south, west, and north sides of the garage to facilitate excavation and footing construction along the back side of the garage next to the tree buffer.

Structurally, the garage construction will consist of five large pad footings, strip footings, cast-in-place columns and shear walls, with post-tensioned slabs and beams.  The first floor will be slab-on-grade while floors P1-P8 and the crossover will be 6 ½" elevated deck.

The garage is a basic structural garage with minimal architectural features.  The garage will include precast concrete stairs at the southeast and northeast corners, and east face of the building.  Three elevators will be set together on the east side of the garage along with storefront glass featured on the east side of the elevator tower.
