UCI Food Court Tenant Spaces #1 to 7

Tenant Improvement build-out of 7 food courts within the UCI Student Center such as Rice Garden, Tortilla, Wendys, ZotNGo, Bene Green, and Quiznos. This tenant improvement covers approximately 12,298 SF and is due for completion in time for the Fall school session.
