The Market @ Ninth and Flower

Located at 9^th and Flower Street, the Market Lofts at 9^th and Flower is a mixed-use complex located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles adjacent to the business and financial and financial district and South Park residential area.

The lofts sit six-stories above the street-level retail space that includes Ralph's supermarket the first supermarket in downtown Los Angeles since the 1950's.

The structure is all cast-in-place concrete, combination shear wall of moment frame bracing. Most of the walls will be shotcrete.
