Project Description
The project is located on an 80 acre site just off the Las Vegas Strip approximately 3 miles from McCarran International Airport and will provide new facilities for all car rental agencies serving the airport. This massive project consists of a 3-story 1,745,000 sf cast-in-place parking garage, a 2-story 110,000 sf structural steel customer service building and three 2-story cast-in-place concrete/structural steel quick turnaround buildings with wash and service bays totaling 135,000 sf. Also included are six service canopies for car fueling and vacuuming as well as six 25,000 gallon underground fuel storage tanks with 75 individual fuel pumps. The site work includes extensive storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water lines, and electrical/communication duct banks. Nearly all the site surface area is covered with either concrete or asphalt paving. Offsite improvements include sidewalks, lighting, perimeter roads, signage, landscaping and a 8 foot high CMU perimeter wall.
