Elk Run is a 2,300 acre master-planned bio-business park located in Pine Island, Minnesota, minutes north of the City of Rochester and Mayo Clinic. The park's concept blends a variety of land uses to support bioscience buisnesses, including manufacturing, reaserch, housing and retail. This project involves the first phase of Elk Run and is a 40,000 sf bioscience building designed to house muliple tenant companies engaged in life science research and development. It includes a 9,000 sf mechanical mezzanine, ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, offies and lab spaces. The project is a business incubator where tenants can utilize shared facilities such as reception, break rooms, erstrooms and administrative support areas.
