This project involves a 17,400 sf manufacturing expansion and a 1,600 sf receiving addition to Uponor's existing facility in Apple Valley.  The expansion and addition consist of concrete foundations, structural steel frame, and a precast exterior wall system.  Included with the new mechanical and electrical systems is the use of Uponor's in-floor heating product.  Site work includes new utilities, asphalt paving and landscaping.
