REAC-1: Center of Excellence in Life Sciences & Advanced Technologies

The Center of Excellence in Life Sciences and Advanced Technologies (COELSAT) is a 50,000 sf research and development facility located next to the University of North Dakota. This facility includes several lab spaces that various tenants will occupy including a biosafety level 3 laboratory. Special considerations for vibration sensitive equipment will be included in the strucutral design. Common spaces include a lunchroom, training facility, and a loading dock area. "Art of the Start" cost modeling was be used to develop the final GMP contract value.
