Mystic Lake Golf Clubhouse

This project included construction of a 2-story golf clubhouse connected to Hotel Tower II consisting of a lower level cart storage area with compactor/storeage area.  The second floor has a restaurant/bar, golf shop, locker room, and spa areas for both men and women.

The project also included the relocation of existing utilities and mechanical/electrical connection to the existing Hotel Towers I & II. The roof system is a glue laminated beam system with exposed T&G ceiling and metal standing seam roof. The restaurant/bar has a large cultured stone/copper clad fireplace in the center.
