We refer to this work as Special Projects, the name being a reflection of the specialized approach we take to meeting the needs of clients with unique projects. 

Offering a range of services from new construction, tenant improvements and light civil, in markets such as medical, hospitality, entertainment and commercial, PCL's Special Projects division combines the experience, resources, and financial stability of a large contractor with the competitive pricing and responsiveness of a small contractor.
