Orlando Office

The Orlando district focuses on commercial construction projects of all sizes. Although best known for such major developments as the Universal Studios Parking Facility (one of the largest parking complexes in the world), 55 West on the Esplanade and Orlando World Marriott Convention Center Expansion, the district has considerable in-house expertise in the construction of smaller scale projects including alteration and renovation programs.

PCL is a community builder with construction operations extending throughout Central Florida and other Southeast States. The Orlando district's average annual construction volume is approximately $250 million and with a dedicated staff of more than 125 employees such as project managers, superintendents, field engineers, project engineers and estimators.
