The Southwest Region, which includes California, Arizona, and Nevada, has over 100 salaried staff and a large field workforce capable of self-performing a variety of work. Based in Glendale, California with an operations office in Las Vegas, we handle a construction volume in excess of $250 million annually.

PCL Construction Services, Inc. has performed as the construction manager/general contractor or design-builder on such notable projects as the STAPLES Center (Los Angeles), Home Depot Center on the campus of Cal State Dominguez Hills, UC Irvine Cal (IT)² Building, Flower Street Lofts, Riverside County Regional Medical Center, and the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa.
