PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Anchorage focuses on commercial construction projects of all sizes. As part of the Seattle District Office, we are best known for such major developments as the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Seismic & Security Retrofit, Key Arena at Seattle Center, Hawaii Convention Center and Bell Street Pier, we have considerable in-house expertise in the construction of smaller scale projects such as alteration and renovation programs.

We are proud local builders, with construction operations extending throughout Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Hawaii. Our average annual construction volume is approximately $140 million. Our district includes about 130 dedicated employees such as project managers, superintendents, field engineers, project engineers and estimators.
